Overnight Oats

Ingredients For 1 serve:

  • 1/4 cup fresh lolo and 1/4 cup cup of water. (You can use any ratio, or 1/2 cup of lolo or 1/2 cup of milk of your choice)

  • 3/4 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Island Styles CRUNCHY Peanut Butter

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Directions:

To your empty, clean peanut butter jar add the milk of your choice, chia seeds, peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla and rolled oats.

Give a quick mix and pop on the lid.

Refrigerate overnight. (We also have these for afternoon tea so you can make in the morning and they will be ready for the kids after school)

Remove from fridge and get creative with your toppings! You may also like to add a little more milk.

Topping Ideas:

Dollop of yoghurt / extra milk

1/2 cup diced fresh fruits

Pumpkin / Flax seeds

Cacao chips / Coconut flakes

A drizzle of Island Styles Smooth Peanut Butter
